Plan questions
How do credits roll over?
Credits you don’t use carry into the next month, then expire at the end of it. So each month’s credits are good for two months.
Do yearly plans get their credits all at once?
No. You pay for the year and save two months, and your credits arrive each month with the same rollover.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. An upgrade starts right away with a full set of new credits, and we take the unused part of your old plan off the price. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Credits you already have stay usable until they expire.
What if my credits don’t cover an order?
Pay for that order by card instead. Each order is paid all with credits or all by card.
How do Pro’s free rush orders work?
Pro includes 5 rush orders a month at no extra cost. Unused ones don’t carry over.
What does priority queue mean?
Your orders are worked on first. Every customer gets the same ready-by-9am promise.
What happens if a plan payment fails?
Your credits keep working. New credits arrive once the payment goes through. We retry automatically, and if every retry fails, the plan ends.
